Rick Breden

Rick Breden is the psychological and behavioral expert at The Daily Buzz.

Rick received his Bachelor’s degree in Communications from The University of New Mexico in 1988 and a Master’s degree in Counseling Services from Webster University in 1991. Rick also completed postgraduate work at both Texas A&M and Purdue Universities.

Rick is currently the President of Essentials LLC, which evaluates, recommends, and grows talent within organizations. Rick has the unique ability to evaluate complex situations rapidly and elicit powerful change strategies that generate lasting results. Rick has had the joy of helping over 3,000 individuals and companies reach their potentials.

Steve Bailey
VP of Marketing and
Entertainment Reporter

Steve Bailey joined The Daily Buzz team as VP of Marketing in January 2006. In addition to his work on The Daily Buzz, he also serves as Vice President of Promotions for ACME Communications.

Steve most recently served as Manager of Affiliate Marketing and Broadcast Services at The WB Television Network from 2003 to 2005. Within that role, he handled affiliate marketing, press and talent relations efforts of over 25 local WB stations across the country. Prior to that, Steve was the Creative Services Director for ACME's KWBQ-TV and KASY-TV in Albuquerque, NM from 2001-2003, where he oversaw promotion, production and marketing of the Company's local WB and UPN affiliated television stations. From 1999-2001, Steve served as Promotion's Manager for ACME's WB affiliate in Dayton, OH, WBDT-TV. Prior to that Steve served as Sales Promotion Coordinator for Sinclair Broadcasting's WSTR-TV in Cincinnati, OH. Steve is a graduate of Bowling Green State University, with a degree in television and film studies.

Steve has also served in front of the camera as entertainment host of The Wild Video Countdown Show and as host of WBDT's Dayton Beat segments.

Outside from his busy schedule, Steve enjoys traveling, writing, soccer, working out, cheering on his hometown Cincinnati Reds and Bengals, spending time with family and friends and his charitable work. What Steve really doesn't want you to know is that he is obsessed with Oprah and American Idol.
